Tgi Fridays - Rosemead

Food is below par for it was cold, looked old, and not good. As for cleanliness, it was lacking a lot, when seated food was on the floor and sticky. NO BUENO

The first order of fries was skippy, so I talk to the general manager and he brought me out more price . He was very professional and friendly. The waitress was fast and nice. In the past I have given them two or three stars. I have not been there in years. I was surprised this time. I am giving them four stars.

What's up: We were out and about with our doggo and wanted to grab a quick bite to eat. We actually went to another place before here but they didn't allow us to bring our dog in. We went here and asked if our small doggo could join us at the table and we were given the ok! Parking: Located in the Rosemead Place Shopping Center, parking is shared among the nearby businesses. Depending on when you go and where you park, it can get busy. Since it was later in the day, parking was not too bad and we were able to grab a spot not too far from the restaurant. Environment: Staff members were friendly and they were nice enough to let us bring our dog in. They also sat us in a booth table further away from other patrons so our dog wouldn't get too excited. We ordered our food and it came shortly after. What was ordered: Classic Fridays Combo (good variety of apps) Spinach Artichoke Dip (hot and cheesy) Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. The apps were good and we were able to snack on some bites with our doggo. The place was not too busy so there was very minimal distraction for our little buddy. Credit cards are accepted.

Hosted a large event after-party from 10:45 pm until 2:00 am, after our wedding reception on 3/16/24. I originally had 100 people estimated to come, then scaled it down to 75 people, then on the night of, I believe about 45 guests came. It was a pleasure working with the manager Joe over the past year to get this event organized. A section of the restaurant was reserved for our large party, which was the perfect amount of space. 30 orders of appetizers (loaded potato skins, mozzarella sticks, spinach dip) were included in the appetizer package I chose. They came out in large self-serve trays, and we took home several boxes of leftovers. 140 alcoholic drinks (included beer, wine, and cocktails) in the form of redeemable drink tickets were included in the highest tier drink package I chose. We didn't get to use all the drink tickets at the end, but I didn't mind at all. We all had a great time and were very happy with the experience! Joe and his team did an excellent job hosting our large event after party, and we will definitely be back!

Bad service , terrible food . Went on a Tuesday night , appetizers were the best part of the meal . My son got a medium steak with premium upgrade to macaroni . Tasted and spit it out said it was gross . My daughter got some fried shrimp , tasted like fish . She didn't eat it . Mashed potatoes were so greasy and and disgusting . I got a burger and it was alright , not terrible . First time ever going to a tgi and will never go back . Service was super slow and it wasn't even packed , waited 10 minutes at one point to ask for a refill for my drink because the waiter was mia . Don't come here unless you want to drink and get appetizers
