Starbucks - Rosemead

The ladies working this morning were super friendly. The lady helping me today was considerate to ask if whip was okay with my drink because I ordered soy. Great service!

I always order from Starbucks, but the drink I got was so watered down at this location. People working here are lacking enthusiasm. When I got my cup, it was dirty with drips around it. They didn't even bother to wipe the cup clean.

Hard to park and over priced.I came to this location was because of the true urgency: I was feeling very hungry and tried to get something to eat and drink. The tea was super hot and certainly unable to consume for another two hours. The snacks were either very small and sweet, or sitting in a refrigerator which is not even cold, so I was afraid of the quality of the chicken salad. After all, most things were very hot, very sweet, very small and over priced. Plus, I had to face the very difficult parking situation, so it was my mistake to stop at this place.

Always had a great experience always order a caramel macchiato with frappuccino. Outdoor seating here is nice. Parking can get a bit hectic during lunch hours.

Due to covid, i decided to grab a chair and a small table to sit outside. After 10 minutes, the server came outside and let us know that we can 't sit OUTSIDE because of covid , the server said: you are allowed to sit inside . This is so weird , i never heard of it. Other Starbucks store, they would love you to sit outside but not this store. I don 't recommend this place if i could give 0 star i would do it!!!!
