Several people behind me ended up leaving in frustration. I waited over 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. They really need to improve their customer service skills, as some people have limited time for lunch. A simple acknowledgment can make a big difference. Meal type: Lunch Service: 1

If you like having your online orders messed up, enjoy poor customer service and are a fan of not getting what you pay for then this is the place for you!! The customer is always wrong, the employees could care less and it doesn't seem like these things matter too much at all. I guess as long as a business has live bodies present during business hours, not too much more is expected. Does anyone remember when quality and performance mattered?? I do and it's sad so many businesses have let these things go. Only one star because no stars is not an option.
