Overall, a nice place to eat, they put a lot of emphasis on pistachio, which sometimes, if taken in multiple courses, can be nauseating. We went for lunch at this restaurant outside the chaos of Rome, in Ipogeo degli Ottavi. Well-furnished place with parking, pet-friendly. I was afraid that all that pistachio would cloy but no, in fact, the dishes are really good! The Bao and Carbopistacchionara are recommended! Average prices. I would stay here again!
