Local historian mostly frequented by the Romans, mainly Tuscan specialties. sober, essential, classic. their strength, no doubt, is the wood plate, with a quality of excellent meat: long strallations, good tipping, succulence to duty....poi wide menu with wide choices for pleasure. the winery a little degrading, I expected it to have more choice. prices, all in line with a attentive and friendly service and a quality of worthy products.

Not only meat but many good and delicious things accompanied by excellent wines. Even desserts do not leave.

Good. meat is special. and the welcome and availability of Gaetano definitely gives an extra star....

A stone’s throw from the Vatican there is this restaurant whose name says everything. I believe one of the few not to propose only the usual classics of Roman cuisine. good dishes but no wow effect. prices according to me above average. excellent wine of the house.
