Traveling to Rome and wanted to stay close to a place where the action is. Hotel Rafael is definitely The place to stay LOCATION LOCATION tye property is beautiful, clean, the staff is super beautiful and my room had a beautiful marble bathroom with heated floors and heated towels I had a Jr.suite and it was just perfect for me with a huge Roman tube with an electric wall that opened to the room very nice. The property is beautiful and very romantic, but unfortunately I was there alone still loved it and had a great time. I absolutely LOVE BEAUTIFUL BATHS! so only for the beautiful baths I give to the property a 7. The hotel offers a super delicious breakfast and amazing Italian coffee. A block from Piazza Navona and walk to the best SHOPING IN ROME! I love ROME! See you soon

I booked this hotel with my travel agency and thought it was really nice and clean. The rooms are very spacious considering that hotels in Rome are compared to American hotels. when we arrived in our updated suite, there was a map that welcomed me with a bottle of wine and champagne and some small bites. I also love the fact that she had a roof with outdoor seating and amazing views right on the ground of it had a small bar with an indoor restaurant. Customer service was excellent. even the cleaning service left a waffle chocolate cookie on the bed after cleaning. I was thrilled that it had a gym and it was quite spacious to drink with water and everything. They were super friendly and beautiful and it was in the heart of the city, where everything was just a few minutes walk away, including shopping and more restaurants. I would definitely come back and stay back..

Meh. We are lucky enought to sometimes stay in R&C. This is not up to their standards. Small rooms. Balky air-conditioning. Indifeent service. But great location and great roof deck with fun afternoon foods.
