Wendy's - Rome

The late night shift at the Cedartown restaurant is very lazy. After 10pm, they will tell customers that they are out of certain items when they are not. Last night, when I pulled up to the speaker, the entire crew seemed to be in someone's car, possibly smoking. I had to wait for several minutes before they even acknowledged me. When I placed my order and was ready to move forward, they quickly informed me over the loudspeaker that they did not have what I wanted. This problem seems to only occur at night and not during the day.

I really appreciate that they offer nuggets for dogs upon request. The customer service is usually excellent and the restaurant always looks clean.

The restaurant has a friendly staff and a consistently satisfying menu.

There were not enough employees available to run the restaurant. One of the employees had called their friends to come help, even though they were not hired or paid. The dining room was closed, so we couldn't eat. The fries were cold and soggy and had to be replaced. When asked for cokes, we were given the wrong drinks. The restaurant looked like it should have been closed.

My wife and I chose to get burgers from this restaurant. We went through the drive-thru and brought our food home. Unfortunately, the burgers were not hot and juicy as we had hoped; instead, they were lukewarm, soggy, and seemed old. We were very disappointed and do not plan to return. We ended up giving the burgers to our dogs.
