Great service that night,food was perfect Best Italian food,much better than olive garden

When we arrived, we told the waitress that I had a gluten allergy among other things. We immediately joined over our allergies and my friends were fun telling me I can't go anywhere. We asked for gluten-free options and she was happy to tell us she could do half gluten-free crackers on board and half regular bread. These are the crackers I got after having eaten 2 about 10 minutes later, they ran out and said this wasn't the gluten-free crackers. She apologized and said the cook was new and didn't know. That's not an apology after I talked about how bad my allergy is and I threw into her restroom 15 minutes later. She wasn't new and knew how the crackers looked, and why shouldn't a body check three times when it's an allergy?! I was sick for days and the only thing that was recorded was that they took my glass of wine. No manager came here to apologize. I won't come back.

The wines were very good and varied. Only 3 per glasses per tasting, but 2.5 ounces tasting, so perfect for sharing (my wife and I ordered one then divided to get 6 different tastings). The food was phenomenal. Pot stickers, crabcakes and bread with olive oil / herbs was excellent and was enough for lunch for two. Service was great, and the place is really cool with open bricks and really excellent wine decoration. Very recommended!!

I met a friend at the restaurant on Saturday, February 11th. The wine was great, and the food was delicious. However, the service was terrible. After receiving our wine and food, we were completely forgotten about. We waited for over an hour without anyone checking on us. We ultimately had to flag down a server to bring us the check. Despite the restaurant being busy when we first arrived due to an event, it was practically empty while we were being ignored. I had never been to this restaurant before, so I ordered a flight of wines to try. I found a wine that I really enjoyed and wanted to order a glass, but the server never returned to take our order.

We are new to the area and were looking for a place to relax and have a drink and perhaps a snack. We found this restaurant online and decided to give it a try. We visited on a Saturday night and the place was quite busy. The hostess asked if we had made a reservation, but we hadn't been able to do so online. She kindly found us a small table towards the back of the restaurant. The wine list was extensive and impressive, with a variety of options to choose from. We enjoyed our wine and appetizers, and found the staff to be very friendly despite being busy. If we are in the neighborhood again, we would consider returning, but would make sure to make a reservation ahead of time, especially for a Saturday night.
