Starbucks - Rome

Hello everyone, The Starbucks located in Kroger is now the best thanks to the addition of a young lady named Maria. She provides excellent customer service, is very respectful, and does a great job. I highly recommend asking for Maria when shopping there. I also suggest that the manager consider giving her a full-time position. While I haven't had any issues with anyone else, they just don't compare to Maria. She is truly the backbone of Starbucks at this location. I give her two thumbs up!

I personally prefer coming here over any location. Krystal and Tamala are the sweetest most professional baristas out there. They always greet people with a smile and make the best coffee around. Its always very clean when I'm there. I can never wait to go there to get a great start to my day!
