Mcdonald's - Rome

I had a fantastic experience. Everything was served correctly, hot, and quickly.

The staff was very friendly and welcomed me as soon as I approached the window. They had fresh items, which are my favorites.

The food was served hot, my order was accurate, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. It exceeded my expectations for a typical McDonald's.

McDonald's is always a bit of a hit or miss experience. You never know what you’ll get when you visit. Sometimes the staff is really friendly, and the restaurant is clean, while other times the atmosphere is dismal and the line is unbearable. Generally, my food orders are accurate, but it often comes down to whether the fries are hot or cold, and the ice machines seem to be frequently out of order. It's McDonald's so it can't be ranked 5 stars. I will say it is consistently good for a quick stop on the way home from a long day at work when cooking supper just isn't in the cards. The folks are nice and they have been moving lines pretty quick.
