Food is always good. Sometimes it can be slow if they are crowded but have not had any real issues here. I took a star away because they do not honor the 2 minute guarantee all the time. There were at least 3 times they stopped the timer when they knew they weren't going to make it and I didn't get my free pizza as promised. I still give it 4 stars because my food is always hot and delicious.
Literally the worst dominos you can go to, i ordered online and the store called me to tell me their internet was “supposed to be off” so they couldn’t get orders from online, i asked for my money back and she told me she couldn’t do that and that i just had to wait TWO HOURS for her to make my order. when i asked her why it would take two hours she said they where busy, but when i drove up there to get my order the parking was empty and the employees are playing around with towels inside the place. Between this and the fact that once i got the food it was ice cold, and the fact this isn’t the first time somthing like this has happened here, it definitely should tell you just to go to pizza hut.
The worst.... delivered the food to the wrong house several times.... cant seem to get that right. its an apartment community and the homes are labeled in clear view... always leaving toppings off that you paid for. pay for extra? seems like you get less than normal.ended up having to go pick up the order even after ordering it for delivery because it just never makes it to my house. no apologies, no compensation.on top of that you can hear them inside, so much swearing and foolishness. i get its busy, but gosh... no need to curse at the employees its not going to make them work harder or more efficiently.just disappointing think we are done with dominoes, theres too many other pizza places in a two mile radius.
DONT DO IT! DONT DO IT! DONT DO IT! You’ve been WARNED! Didn’t get the shift managers name but she was the worst I’ve ever heard in my life and I’m in my 40’s. I also own a business in the neighboring town. I will NEVER recommend this establishment. Ordered 4 pizzas, 3 thin crust and 1 hand tossed. The manager (hate to even call her that), said, “we NEVER SERVE UNDERCOOKED FOOD.” And then right after that said, “all your pizzas were cooked at the same time.” So, if you cook 4 pizzas and 3 are thin crust and we’re BARELY Crispy, you have to KNOW that the hand tossed is going to be UNDERCOOKED!!!!! What did we want? $6 credit so we could get another pizza in the future. What was offered? For me to BRING THE PIZZA BACK! We have a house dealing with COVID. And when this was presented to the manager, she hung up the phone! The reason you order food and pick it up are for CONVENIENCE. When the food is bad, then a credit should be given. The other 3 pizzas were edible. Only 1 was not cooked, RAW!!!!!! So, it could’ve easily been fixed. Instead, I was asked to bring it back and another one made. That’s not SAFE, or SMART. But the manager has too much ego to LISTEN. I’ll be sure to let every patron know that comes into MY BUSINESS, not to ever order from the Rolesville location.
