Rosalini's Pizza & Subs - Rolesville

I had celiacs for over 10 years and this is the best gluten-free pizza I had and easily the best in the area of Triangle. I'm driving for about 45 minutes, but it's worth it. I ate there about 10 times and never had a reaction. The owner takes the cross contamination seriously and was always great to answer questions I have. They also make a custom BBQ chicken pizza (my favorite pizza) that is super. I also think that the GF meat lasagna is delicious. We're lucky to have Rosalini in the triangle zone and I encourage you to try it, especially if you have a gluten allergy. It's worth the ride from Apex.

The food here is really good. I had her pizza and pasta. You also have numerous gluten-free options that are good for my wife. She had the gluten-free Hawaiian. I tried a piece and I didn't know it was gluten-free, wouldn't have known the difference. The staff was always friendly.

I didn't have the pleasure of eating a good pizza since my Celiac diagnosis... Now! Greg, the owner, makes the best gluten free crust I have ever tasted! My children had a regular pizza and declared it the best. I will definitely make the trip to Rolesville often!

AMAZING gluten-free options. The owner has celiac disease. Very friendly and helpful staff. You will get a gluten-free pizza in any size (we have an XL). You have homemade GF tea. My pizza was much bigger than my men regular pizza, haha. It was exciting to have such a large gluten-free pizza. Everything was delicious! Loved also the gluten-free garlic bread! They obviously also have many gluten-free desserts. We have to try next time. Enough to bring my family here as many of us have celiac disease! Thank you.

Best GF pizza in the Triangle! Wonderful staff. Pasta and sandwiches are delicious, too. Family owned and operated, so buy local!
