Colibrì Franciacorta - Rodengo-Saiano

CAPODANNO DA DIMENTICARE, in a table composed of 8 commensali with 120 euros (to persons) 3 bottles of wine were served, for other of poor quality, but never as much as the courses served. Fish appetizer consisting of two too cooked hulls, a oyster scarf and a small tartare (a spoon). First inevitable dishes, gnocchi clearly of poor quality, risotto raw and cold served in a pirophile to share and eat in the same dish of the previous course (first competitions from different tables). After contesting the dishes and requiring a replacement, they put a bottle of wine to replace 7 first dishes. Second dish, fillet curly with vegetables and potatoes, acceptable. In the menu it was indicated that the midnight toast would be with Moet and Chandon, while in the room it was served spritz garden chandon . At the time of booking we were given the availability for a lactose-free menu, of which it served only one part paying however full price. Evening saved by entertainment and disco, a shame that was not the only service we were looking for. Unsuitable price quality.

The place looks good, from the outside, inside, instead, for me a disappointment. The waiters for nothing beautiful, great unknown empathy... Never again!

The room from an aesthetic point of view is nice, definitely improved much compared to the past, the young girls do not smile, even out seems to do a pleasure to greet. We come to the aperitif: order 2 red Valpolicella ripasso; the bartender after eating a piece of sandwich making himself see without a minimum of grace, takes the bottle and sniffs, who knows maybe he's been around for a long time, give... a minimum of grace! Here comes the wine that really is not bad, sinned that my glass is really dirty. Stuzzichini look good but it is all scene, the quality is poor, both sliced and bread, stale. Tot 14 euros, receipt I miss the shadow.

Very nice and well-kept location, cocktails quite elongated and sincerely too expensive, 9 euro a... A longisland was more Coca-Cola than anything.

Pleasant environment, excellent distribution. Clean toilets. Top touch lamps in the tables. Great aperitif!
