La Prep - Rocky View

We had never heard of La Prep before but saw it in the mall and decided to try it for lunch. The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. The prices are fairly competitive; for around $10 you get a sandwich with soup or two side salads. This is our new go-to when we're at Cross Iron. I've also used their downtown Calgary location to cater a business meeting and was very happy with their services.

Wow. If you want something different than your typical mall food...this is the place to go! Such amazing flavors and fantastic options. Veggie options, gluten free options. Enjoying a mojito smoothie as I type this.

I had lunch here today with some friends. They offered sandwiches, salads, noodles & rice bowls. We had the beef satay rice bowl with mango smoothie. The rice bowl had beef, rice, broccoli & a boiled egg. We also had the spring rolls & chili lime pita chips. The portions were good and the food was freshly made. The place was clean & organized, service was fast & friendly. The place has limited seating, it's not at the food hall. There isn't enough room to bring in a stroller if you have kids with you. For the price, I think we had a good deal.
