Taco Bell - Rockville

I love Taco Bell and have it on a weekly basis. I had it here thrice at this location and three times the food was tasteless

The same as any taco bell no idea why people are complaining, plus its a KFC taco bell, just be happy you can get both at the same drive-through during covid. So taco bell gets 4 stars, add a KFC and drive through, 5 stars

TACO BELL IS LIFE. My local one is awesome! I go there often and was surprised that the store manager remembered my name! everyone is so polite and amazing!!

Horrible-The food is terrible. Double Chalupa was NO double at all and the Shell was very old tasting. It was a long wait to get my food on the inside! I will never go back again! Cinnabun Delight was like eating straight COLD grease!

I ordered a Queen and some other items at the drive-thru. The woman at the window was very rude and disrespectful while processing my payment, and she didn’t even give me my receipt. After leaving the drive-thru, I checked the bag to make sure everything was there, and I realized the Queen was missing. I wanted to return to the drive-thru, but the line was extremely long, so I decided to go to the window on foot to explain the situation. However, she refused to talk to me or open the window, insisting that I had to be in a car to communicate with her. I explained that the line was too long, and she then called someone else to assist me. That person informed me that they no longer have Quesaritos on the menu. The rude employee who took my order never mentioned this, leading me to wait outside in the freezing cold during a pandemic for something that was never in my order. I will never return to Taco Bell due to their choice of staff. I strongly advise against visiting this location. ZERO STARS.
