Cosie Rosie's Poffertjes Coffee

Rude personal, lack of customer service skills, no communication. most of the sundays I order from here eating for my daughter and today was no different, I had ordered the 20 package of courtesies at 9.58 and received them at 10:27. I was gone and asked how long they were and was told 5 minutes. I work in the industry and am understanding of waiting times, but if I had been recommended at the order, there was half an hour waiting, I would have something else for the 4 years old. we were a group of 8 who had all ordered and got food from elsewhere before my child received it. I tried to give this feed back to courtesy, but I was hit with an empty face and asked if I wanted the food I waited half an hour, no concern for understanding or even a falsification we took it on board. there was no excuse offered, only the personal whispered to everyone else and looked at me.

The best ever poffertjes in the city, the coffee on rocklea markets is the best. the service is so friendly.
