Subway - Rockford

Eating was okay, but the personal is what made this place great! they were fast and accommodating and our sandwiches looked beautiful! the restaurant was also very clean!

I asked for info about their catering options the worker was amazing!! She answered all my questions without hesitation. Thank you!

They made the spicy Italian the way I wanted and were friendly and professional.

Most depressed looking workers ever. Looks like they are there doing court ordered community service. Looks like they would rather be working in an ACTUAL subway. Only thing sadder was the look of the veggies . HINT: It 's okay to ask for fresh veggies... they will grumble, but then pull a fresh batch out of the cooler. Could be that they were sad because there are signs everywhere advertising the new steak sandwich but they are out of steak? (Likely because of the four Subways I visited today, they were the only one still in business and taking Subway coupons. And I don 't know if it was on purpose that they put the side of Giardiniera open in my bag, or if they just didn 't care enough to properly close the cap, but they sure gave me the stink eye when I asked for another bag instead of the one now swimming in Giardiniera. Next time you go in there, please ask them to blink twice if being held there against their will.
