Mcdonald's - Rockford

Service has improved, but was a time where I would not go to this McDonalds because drive through took over an hour 9 pm

My regular McDonald's on 11th closed early at 9pm on Easter Sunday so I went to this one. And let me tell you not only were the understaffed, they were so busy and they were training a new person. They still got my food fast , order correct and they were still Profesional and friendly. 10/10

I got my McDick touched by Ronald Mcdonald when I was 10. He gave me an Ice cream cone after that. Best service I've had at any McDonald's

The drive-thru was not busy. The cashier was welcoming and my order was accurate.

I would like to give a big shout out to Cheyenne! She is a phenomenal person yet alone a Great Manger! I absolutely love her team they always greet me when I come in they always greet me when I leave. This is absolutely the best McDonald’s/Team in Rockford Illinois.
