I come here all the time when I'm shopping, good ole fashioned pizza served hot, good family place
Best artisan pizza I ever had. I had the veggie one, simply delicious
As a courtesy to Gios and a recommendation to the Jersey Girl review, they do have a menu board w the prices and I’m sure you had to look at the prices before you ordered. To complain about the prices and blame someone else for taking your money and not giving you the chance to reconsider, you did hand me the money. I didn’t twist your arm and I was not rude at all. We have good customers that appreciate the food and don’t complain about the price. You won’t find pizza like Gios. It’s a different taste. If you are unhappy w the price, u don’t have to buy it.
I wasn't going to submit a review, but my grandson changed my mind. He told me something last evening I chose not to mention the previous weekend at his birthday party, so that I wouldn't further antagonize my daughter. She had paid $62 for three pizzas at Gio's. Two plain $20 each) and one pepperoni $22). He told me the bottom of his slice was burned- and mine had been as well. That's nothing to get really upset about. However, after we placed the order with a very nice gentleman), the female cashier was quick to take our payment and was noticeably abrupt when we questioned the high prices. She told us that pizza prices for all the businesses had gone up, and didn't give us a chance to finish discussing if we should order from a different place. After the not-impressive pizzas, we found out that another pizza location about 5 minutes away charged $7 less for a plain pie, and $7 less for a pepperoni as well. Perhaps a decrease in mall traffic and food concession sales has caused higher costs, but we did not appreciate being rushed into the sale before we changed our minds, and didn't enjoy the pizzas. If malls are dying out, these stores shouldn't expect people to support their costs.
