I waited tables and can recognize the difference between a problem in the kitchen and good service[there was no problem with the kitchen at our visit, only one point.] she was very attentive, always to see if one of her tables needed something. she kept everyone swiped in her section. we're so impressed, we've turned her $20 on a $28 menu. when they come to this place, they ask for jennifer. we will visit our sohn in Indian trail next time.
I was in rock hill to treat some personal business and got some bad things to do, so I decided to stop eating in bob evans for some comfort. I sat on the counter and had amazing service all the time. beautiful waitress chatting with me warm and offered more drinks. I loved the team feeling of the staff - although a waitress was my main waitress, everyone stopped and checked me. since I sat at the counter, I heard a waitress who insisted with the kitchen that the order of her customer is correct, and I smiled when the man beside me was greeted both with names and order (as one of the women teased him that they were from his regular eating.) I thought how great it was that even in a big enough city where everyone knows it was not, that there was something wrong it wasn't a big thing, and I was discussing whether to say something. mistakes happen, I was done halfway away (what was a lot and I really wanted to replace nothing else. when one of the waitresses came to check me, I mentioned it to her for the consciousness and told her that she should not worry about adapting the review. from any reason, but it hit me that even such a simple joy had been stained on this hard day, and I began to annoy. I didn't want anyone to notice this, so I asked for a togo cup since the waitress had just refilled my drink. the waitress noticed that I was annoyed and rushed to register to make sure that my review was adjusted. when I reached the counter, I was visibly annoyed so that another waitress (can the manager come to take care of him completely. first I wanted to present this review so that the personal knows that I was not at all upset about her or her work. secondly, I hope that everyone looking for a place to feel like family knows how a precious stone of this particular bob evans is. I'm not sure I've felt so good at a restaurant before. I love the way this be found a way to bring small city charm to a big box shopping center. keep them the amazing work!
Had an ingenious frying to dinner. so tender and it melts in your mouth. with real kartoffels and gravy served with carrots and they have a beautiful, strong, southern sweet tee. if they have a chance to have a pleasant evening meal, they could try bob evans. our waitress was so nice and pleasant. we might come back to the breakfast. give him that the prices are right. they also give veterans a discount.
This bob evans was an incredible experience. the staff was friendly and concise, led us to our stand and almost immediately serve the table. everything that was ordered was accurate and delicious. I am a special fan of her blue ribbon bacon appetizer and her home cute. I should add that in a world with terrible hygiene the bathroom of her men was amazingly clean and inoffensiw.
We are originally from ohio, the home of bob evans. We have to stop every time we get through. even though the hash brown portions seemed somewhat stingy, and the sausage patties were not freshly fried. we were still very happy with the cookies and gravy. we also took a brot bananennussbrot home. we miss the freezer where we can buy products to take home. the value is our favorite. when we come to ohio, we bring about 50 pounds of sausage back to Georgia. nothing beats bob evans wurst!
