Subway - Rochester

There was only one staff member visible in the restaurant, and while he did a great job, the service was a bit slow. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and the restaurant was fully accessible for wheelchair users, including the bathroom facilities. However, there was a barrier that prevented a wheelchair user from getting close to the corner where the food was displayed. I'm not sure if this is a precaution related to the COVID situation.

I've never encountered any issues; it's always clean whenever I've visited.

The food is great, and I visit this place frequently. However, I've noticed that when I arrive too close to closing time, the service isn't quite as attentive. I've learned to avoid coming here right before they close.

Employees are very clean and efficient with preparing the food

You're good and I'm often here. When I come late, they don't put their 100%, so I learned not to come here before it closes.
