Bobo's Chicken Shack - Rochester

When a place gets the Mac n Cheese right they usually follow up with other gems. BoBo's is no different. Don't sell yourself short and skip over this place!

I stopped by here on Saturday while being here in Rochester to take my son to the science museum dinosaur exhibition. Boy am I glad I did. This was one of the best soul food spots I have gotten food from in a long time. The food was on point they give large portions and they were very kind. I will be returning here next time that I'm in Rochester.

This place is by far one of the best food spots on the EASTSIDE! I finally tried the steak shrimp with a double side of yams....OMGOODNESS The food was great but those yams MmmmmMmmmm (my favorite side dish) Kudos to the owner BoBo and congratulations for being around 5 years in ...and many more to come. See you all soon, keep up the fantastic work. Shout out to the entire staff.

I waited about 1 hr for my food. It was so cold in there becusse it is so small and it's only takeout. They forgot to give me my sauce for my wings on the side. The food was okay I think overly hyped. But.... it was good though. I think the greens were the best

DELICIOUS food! Hands down the best breaded chicken wings I've ever had. Collards, mac cheese, and beans are tasty as well. We'll definitely be back!Food: 5/5
