Starbucks - Rochester

If I could give this place less than one star, I definitely would. Every time I go to pick up a mobile order, the doors are locked, which makes everything take longer than it should. It’s really frustrating because I expect my mobile order to be ready when I arrive.

During my time in Rochester, this has been my top choice! I didn’t taste any peppermint in the mocha. What’s up with that? It felt more like just a cup of coffee. They also didn’t have any breakfast sandwiches available. I won’t be returning. Good luck with that five bucks! It’s just ridiculous! Food rating: 1/5.

It was clean, customer-friendly and the hot kakao was not very chocolaty. food: 3/5

One of the nicer starbucks I've been to. Very clean and nice staff. Only problem is sometimes having to wait.
