Jeff meticulously prepared everything, and his brother delivered it directly to our reception. They set up professional chafing dishes, lit the heat lamps, and placed ice packs under the cold items. Jeff even provided labels for each dish and had warm serving utensils ready for the extra food. His attention to detail was evident not only in the presentation of the food but also in the quality of each dish. Everyone raved about the food, and we couldn't have been happier! Thank you so much! I wish I could rate it higher than 5 stars; in my opinion, Rochester Smokehouse deserves a 100! Thank you again!!!

Jeff catered our wedding on May 27th, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. He is incredibly friendly and stays in constant communication to ensure everything is done exactly as you wish. He was our favorite vendor! The food was absolutely amazing—truly out of this world. One of our friends, who has attended several weddings, even said this was the best food he had ever tasted. We can't wait for the restaurant to open! We can't thank you enough!

Jeff really went above and beyond to help me figure out a menu all my NYE guests would enjoy and the amount of food I needed. He even prepared us some very fresh seafood. We had U15 fresh Gulf shrimp grilled on bamboo skewers and cocktail. The shrimp was gobbled up first. We also made us blackened Grouper and grilled Salmon with some sauces to try. I think sweet Chili was my favorite but many of the others loved the Habanero. The baby back ribs were awesome. I personally love the spicy ones. We had BBQ baked beans, smoky Mac n cheese, and potato salad that were da bomb. I highly recommend Rochester Smokehouse for catering needs. Now that I know he is there and that I can get smaller portions, he will be catering my family dinner table some nights. Awesome job Jeff!

Jeff catered a fundraiser I recently had. I thought the food was amazing, but more importantly is what my guests thought. They loved the food. Everyone went on and on about how delicious everything was. Our theme was Blues and Bar b que. we had pulled pork, chicken, baked beans, potato salad and smoked Mac and cheese. Some people don't eat pork, but they had plenty of chicken to choose from. Jeff is easy to work with and really tries to accommodate you. I have a non profit organization and he completely understood that we are all about getting the best bang for our buck. I highly recommend Rochester Smoke House for delicious food that everyone will enjoy and the ease of working with Jeff. I will definitely use Rochester Smoke House again. Bon appetit!
