National Grind Coffee Tea Shop

They recently redid the interior design and while it 's still rather bleak it is much better than the grey everything theme they had for years prior. The baristas are sweet. A while back they were a little too easily distracted but I 've found they stay on track now. I 've ordered several times recently and didn 't have to wait an ungodly amount of time like in previous years. Also it seems this place is not the church meetup it used to be which is GREAT. Nothing worse than wearing my occult fashion and getting stared at like I 'm the devil himself it 's nice to ya know, just exist, without needing to explain myself! Over all I recommend this place. I really like their coffee.

The iced Ellwoodian I had today was hands down the most amazing iced coffee I have ever had! Literally life changing! Thank you Regan for making my day! You’re an awesome barista in an awesome coffee shop!!

Love love love NG! Perfect small town, family owned coffee shop! Great drinks even better people!! They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome always make sure your order is just right! Love being their neighbors here in Ellwood City!!

One of my favorite places... until now. The experience would have been 5 stars for atmosphere taste, but the service was lacking. Employees seemed nice at first, but the young girls started whispering back and forth to each other when we were attempting to order created a generally uncomfortable atmosphere while trying to order our coffee food. Tried to order quiche as well but it was frozen and aside from microwave there was no way of warming it and the employees seemed to not want to warm it in there...? Not great considering we brought out-of-town visitors and had hyped the place up so much, including the service. The drinks food we did end up getting tasted lovely, but chances are I will not be returning for quite some time.
