Przekaż informację zwrotnąVisited on a recent trip to rochester, mn. we went in and I went to sit down while the husband ordered our food. all the tables in the dining area were dirty. they sent someone out when I brought him to their attention. gal was missed with the table cleaning. when we got our food, all hot foods were cold! oh, we ordered guacamole to go with the chips we found out they were out of chips! we. normally love chipotle, but unfortunately this is not the standards we expect from their operated!
Very dirty and the employees are very disorganized. eating is the whole place and spilled over other food options. all the tables were dirty. the floors looked like no one had slept in one of them. no serviettes. once a restaurant owner told me that the best way to judge the priority of a restaurant in cleanliness is to see how clean they can keep their bathroom. if it's really dirty, they won't eat there. the bathroom of this chip was dirty. I wouldn't visit this place. very rough.
Only online orders at the door when we arrive. we order in our car and waited for the pick-up time. when we picked up our order, we were told: no chips or salas were available per calender and call 833-860-0467 for a refund. after 10 minutes, the operator could not support us in the refund. they don't seem to use enough personal to work properly and unfortunately it was the thema for a past. doordash will not help on this, as his hours have been to get a cold meal that is often wrong. from the order inputs to a dirty plant, this place needs help. I'm surprised this is still open. I was a rule that avoids it now. I tried again tonight and was unfortunately disappointed again.
Haven’t been to Chipotle in 8 months due to a couple of poor food experiences. I stopped in this week spontaneously and they were very busy (which I figured was a good sign). The food and service was great! The food was actually probably some of the best quality I’ve had from them in years. Thank you!!
The place went from great to an absolute hoke. 3 issues and it 's evident that the management is completely careless, if it even exists. 1 MEAT IN MY SOFRITA. In case it 's not known, the Sofrita is vegan... but not when you have messy employees! I had a big piece of meat; I haven 't had meat for over 20 years till then, I almost threw up. 2 The guy put Guac on my bowl and then said oh you didn 't ask for Guac... you want it? I said I 'm totally fine if you keep it but I didn 't plan to pay for it. And like a complete freakin jerk he scraped it away and threw it into the trash while messing up my meal what a shithead! Worst part... happened twice to a friend of mine so it wasn 't once in a blue moon 3 ALL employees don 't seem to realize that the food they prepare isn 't for free... it 's paid for. That 's why, WHILE THE PRICE WENT UP, the amount of food went down from abundant, where the bowl hardly contained the food, all the way to see.. I spread the bottom with rice so it looks like as if there food. And when you get to the cashier, the bowl has less than 2 thirds of what it used to be... OH.. So you 're getting LESS food for MORE . 1 star is too much for that place.
