809 Sports And Lounge Inc - Rochester

I was most likely to be there for their most busy time (dez), but so they know if the business is good. I have to say that food and the quality were top 10. the price was a bit expensive, but I guess, since that was excellent, I wasn't worried about it? I drove a little over 1 1/2 hours so it fulfills my expectations. I'm looking forward to going back with a nice crowd soon?

After hearing rave reviews about this place, I had to see for myself. The interior decor is stunning, the customer service is excellent, and my meal arrived in less than 10 minutes. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the tender and juicy pfeffersteak. I will definitely be coming back.

The dining experience was fantastic. I took my family there, including my parents, to celebrate a special occasion.

We made a reservation for 10 people at 8 o'clock, but it is now 9 o'clock and we still haven't been seated. Despite being told that a table had been cleaned for us, it was given to another group. This is unacceptable. The customer service is extremely poor. I would rate it 0 out of 100 and I would never recommend this restaurant. They even refused to serve us drinks on the ground floor while we waited.

I went in there to be nosey on 4/6/2022 and discovered they had food. so we ordered and when I tell you.... The food was great, the service was excellent. this is noted as one of my favorite places in Rochester. I will be back!!!
