The drink was excellent, and the service was quick and friendly! Overall, I’d rate the service a 5 and the atmosphere a 5 as well.

@Starbucks I’m noticing a trend at Starbucksover-priced, Over-Hyped, ClusterFucks, zombie employees who need reprogrammed to carecompletely dysfunctional. At one point (after waiting for an hour for my mobile order) I literally wanted to scream out PLEASE CAN I WIPE DOWN YOUR COUNTERS FOR YOU? But the baristas were too busy robotically bumping into each other and slopping half of the drinks onto the sticky countersmost paid $10 for **** poor drinks and **** poor serviceand this is my good review! Seriously what in hell is the big attraction to StarbucksI just never got it!

I went into Starbucks this morning. Brinks security was behind the counter flirting with the lady at the register. The store manager was sitting on her butt. The store was flooding with people who had to wait for their drinks. Joan was the only one making drinks and busting her tail. She was lovely. I cannot believe that the manager watched this unfold and did absolutely nothing. Joan had no help and over 15 drink orders to make by herself. And boy did she get it done! She was obviously struggling. By standers thought she was the one running the store. She asked for help SEVERAL times and the one at the register stated that she was too busy. She was doing NOTHING. I can’t believe they’d treat their coworker like that. SMH.
