Mcdonald's - Roanoke

This place sucks! I ordered a $3 mcdouble and got two pieces of bread and a piece of dried out meat. THAT WAS IT. Staff at this location ran out of F's to give apparently. This place is dead to me.

If you want young girls giggling ? on the ear piece while they take your order then ask again for it because they didn 't get it ... come here. Coffee that taste like cleaning supplies come here.... old Looking egg McMuffin... ? you guess it come here and waste your money!!

I Came through the drive through at 10 and they’re was a guy in the window talking on the phone forgets to give us the fries my grandfather asked him to put no pickles on the big Mac and he said ok he gives us our food and it’s all cold he makes us wait a extra 10 minutes while the hot fudge heated up when we were in line for about 20 minutes waiting to get our food and he wanted to do it last second I get my Big Mac and there is no third bun in the middle they’re at least 6 pickles and it’s freezing cold and taste disgusting

Best experience i have ever had at this location. Jade jones made us the best ice mocha i have ever had. Starbucks has nothing on this place. I highly recommend stopping in and saying hello and enjoying a ice mocha.

A trip past this drive-thru brought regrets this morning. The food was so-so, certainly was not hot and fresh which is what we expect from McDonalds. The employee put the cream and sugar in the coffee (a big no-no) when you 're purchasing food for the crew. People like to prep their own coffee the way that they want it; hence one of my employee 's was upset about it and thought that I did it.The orange juice is a cup of water with a splash of orange juice in it, no exaggeration. I love my O.J. in the morning, this was a big rip off!The employee opened the window, pushed the food out and slam went the window door. I waited another two minutes at the window to get the napkins. They don 't put them in the bags for you. When asked about it, the employee said nothing, just shrugged with a silly look on her face. What 's up with this McDonald 's? Bad service, bad food. Avoid if you can.
