Mcdonald's - Roanoke

The service at this restaurant is consistently good and the staff are friendly. It's one of the few options for a quick meal in Randolph county late at night.

I recently visited this McDonald's and was impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant, including the bathroom. What stood out to me the most, however, was the exceptional friendliness of the workers. Unlike other McDonald's locations I've been to, the employees here seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. The service was great, with food packaged carefully, unlike other locations where fries end up spilling out of their containers. Overall, it was a pleasure to stop by this McDonald's.

I really like one of the current managers at this restaurant. He is very humorous and makes the drive-thru experience enjoyable. The food is usually good for fast food, and I especially enjoy the frappes. However, there are times when they seem to be overwhelmed and backed up into the road, especially when I'm in a rush.

Giving 5 stars because a wonderful manager once paid for our food when my kids were having meltdowns and I couldn't find my debit card! The main downfall for me is that there is no playground at this location!
