There staff consistently refuse to take orders when they are getting close to change over time at the 24 hours location, to avoid work.

I had a great experience at McDonald's for breakfast. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. It had been a while since I had last been there for breakfast, but I really enjoyed it. Thank you for the great service and the smiles!

Pop machine was broken and Manager yelled at my elderly grandmother when she asked very kindly if it would be easier if we got drinks other than soda instead. I understand it’s stressful when things get broken and you have to adjust on the fly, but my grandmother was just trying to be helpful and there was absolutely no need for her to raise her voice at my poor grandmother (who was totally crushed, by the way)

It's MacDonald's. It's cheap and it's not very good but it's cheap. Service at this location is very good in my experience. Yes they are normally understaffed like most McDonald's but I don't know what else everyone expects.

This restaurant is a great spot, especially since the recent updates and the opening of the play area. The staff is friendly and attentive. However, they occasionally run out of fish burgers and cold treats.
