Buffalo Wild Wings - Riverhead

Busy place clean friendly..very very spicy food I'm allergic to spices so I ended up getting very sick...if you like spicy food and gaming atmosphere then it's great for u.. I ended up having a bite of my husband hamburger..because my food was so spicy hamburger grest!!great!!!

I went on Wednesday July 6th for lunch with my wife and 2 kids. The place only had a few tables in it. The waiter was friendly, but as soon as we ordered the drinks I received my Sprite with a bug in it. It was disgusting, but my daughter asked to stay anyway so we did. Then we ordered different flavored wings including dessert heat dry rub, buffalo both dry rub and sauced, and the wild sauce. The wings were lukewarm and the flavors were very dissatisfying as there was no difference in the taste or heat so idk if we got different flavors or if the spicy wings are just really not spicy. I had the mango habanero in South Carolina and they were pretty spicy, but my 14 yr old son ordered wild which is one hotter and it tasted like regular buffalo. Overall it wasn't worth the $93 we paid, hell it wasn't worth half that and I wont be dining at this location again

I absolutely loved this restaurant and my experience! The service was impeccable, the drinks were beautiful and strong, the food was incredibly delicious, and the ambiance was so Instagram-worthy!

Had a great meal. Everything was excellent, one of the best burgers we've had out in a long time !! Brisket street tacos are amazing, good job kitchen crew!!

Have been going to BWW for years now. My husband and I are loyal customers and enjoy the Thursday promo of buy one get one boneless wings. Tonight we had a bad experience. Very few customers in the restaurant and it took over 30 minutes to get our wings. For some reason tonight I counted the wings and was shirt one. Told server what dressing we wanted plus celery. She never brought it and had to get up from my seat and get her behind the bar to remind her. Restaurant ran out of the beer of the month (after our first beers) so we had to switch our choice of beer (no mention of a substitute that they would honor the beer of the month price). Of course we were charged the higher amount. Lastly, I cannot get to my BWW 14,000 points I have accrued. I even had multiple staff members and the manager try to help me to no avail. I even reached out to BWW and got no response. What's up BWW??? Overall experience here today was poor!! Sad to say. We love Arianna the bartender. Best employee there!!
