I ordered a #9 and asked to substitute the meat for chicken on the pizza. He then said what was that??? Again I said #9 with chicken, no meat on the pizza please. A long pause then he said you want stake?? At this point I am a bit upset, but kept my cool since they are probably high school kids working.I replied no chicken on the pizza, no meat please. He didn’t even ask what kind of drink I would like. Then he said Aight!! Aight!!! I got you!!! Like he was upset that he couldn’t get my order right. It was simple #9 chicken on the pizza no meat. That’s it!!!I just blew it off because they all look like teenagers working.I get home take a bite of the Mexican pizza, horrible!!! I then smell the pizza to figure out why it tastes to nasty, The tostada they use is so stale it has a weird smell. It was old, it left a bitter taste.
I went to Taco Bell on Saturday 03/30/2024. Got a Mexican pizza it was absolutely horrible. And when I called to complain the manager Cynthia said she was manger but no help at all was not one bit concerned. And when I asked for the corporate number her response was that I can look it up on line. She said that she does not have the number.
I ate way too much, and I feel sorry for any one that goes into the bathroom after me
Food is what it is, not expecting on the border level dishes.Atmosphere is, well, fast foodSERVICE, however, and this seems to be a problem in fast food in general, was not acceptable. I watched a gentleman approach the counter and the woman didn 't even have a polite greeting, she literally looked at him, and word for word said, You need to place your order over there , and pointed to the self serve touch screens. He left. Just turned around, walked out, and drove away. The ideology of proper customer service is gone.
