Was in a long line in the drive tru but it went quite fast and I got everything I ordered

Actually I was there on an assignment, but the customer service was AWSHUM!! The manager Tiffany was very pleasant, too pleasant for her crew.

We were allowed to proceed to get our drinks, but when we returned, they still hadn’t brought them out. When we inquired, they claimed they had already given us the wrong drinks and that not all of them were accounted for. I ordered a mocha ice cream coffee, but the hot coffee with whipped cream was melted, and the lid was from a cup that someone else had already taken a sip from.

We went through the drive-thru and then ate in the parking lot. When I used the restroom, I noticed the floor was extremely slick, and I nearly slipped. I can't recall exactly, but it seemed even worse than before. It’s clear that something needs to change—using mop water from the kitchen in the dining area is unacceptable! Thank you.

The fries are always fresh, and everything else is great too! Have you tried them yourself?
