Pizza Hut - Ripley

The pizza was wonderful as usual. However, the service today was terrible. Only a server for greeting, sitting, ordering and drinking. This is always the case on Sunday, but there is usually a person to run the register and take care of drive thru pickups and answer the phone. Today the server was also responsible for these tasks. She did a good job, but clearly could have used help

Don't get pizza from this beautiful place. Not friendly. A 15 minutes waiting time will wait in an hour. I'm sorry.

The salad bar is usually really good. Pasta at the buffet is not good. Noodles and way to much sauce nothing else I could see or taste. Mostly, they can't keep pizza on the buffet. Just my opinion.

I ordered 30 dollars of pizza, online order, went to the door and told them my name, the server gave me a box of pizza and said a good day. Now I know he'd know that thirty dollars of pizza would be worth more than one box. He didn't care and rude.

I wasn't able to pick this order up because when I arrived, there was a car sitting at the drive thru window w/ her car turned off and windows down.....so I waited...and waited...and waited . ..As cars began to line up, it became obvious that the staff was just gonna let her sit there and wait on her order, while the rest of the cars had to wait to pick theirs up....I wouldn't be surprised if she had even placed her order AT the window as well, probably some relative to one of the employees ... Therefore, I was NOT gonna park and go in, as my toddler was asleep in her car seat. So I just drove off, and I am officially DONE with this place and am now a Domino's customer....and at least Dominoes never jips you on the cheese like this place does......good day ?
