Yesterday, I discovered the La Riboule bistro in Les Setoux, a hamlet on the border of Haute Loire and Northern Ardèche. I had called the day before to make a reservation for 2 people. The owner, the chef of the place, was kind enough to concoct for us a menu different from the dish of the day normally planned, calf 's head. So we ate a delicious pork loin with vegetables, cooked just right on the stove. A treat for sight, smell and the palate. Starter, main course, tasty dessert, as beautiful to look at as delicious to eat. All the availability, the welcome, and the love of cooking, are found in this place and its masters . I really recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience a wonderful gourmet moment.
