Mapalu' Pub - RIONERO IN VULTURE

The last time I visited here was 5 years ago with my parents. We were passing through and stopped off again. We all remembered eating the lovely orecchiette pasta. My dad loves to talk about the old stories. And is known as the man from Forenza! This time we had the set menu for 25 euros per person excluding service and drinks. It was delicious and filling. Hopefully we'll be back next year.

Beautiful location. That 's all. Very bad service. Grumpy, disorganized and slow. They had a fight with our neighbor table. One of them loudly said to her colleague that she would not go to the tables anymore cause she couldn 't stand customers. They had a no card, cash only sign on the doors, which we noticed only after having placed our order. When we tried to cancel the order, magically card reader worked again. Not customer friendly.

Nice little place with excellent home cooking and a charming host. Ask to try the cherry amarro that they make it's delish!

Ottima cucina, personale cortese, prezzi modici...Anche i dolci sono ottimi, oltre a pranzo di per sé... consigliatissimo.

Tutti gli anni in occasione della sagra della varola a Melfi ,non può mancare una buon pranzo in questo posto fantastico sui laghi di Monticchio . Ci ritorno sempre perché è davvero molto buono e i proprietari sono molto bravi e accoglienti
