Tortilla Flats - Rio Vista

Burrito stopped for breakfast. It was really good. The only drawback was not supplied with some salsa. Apparently, I could have asked, but I didn't really care so that it was on me. I usually go to a place at my house and they always give one. No deal breaker. The food was good. I recommend it when in town.

First visit for my father and it won't be the last! We just kept a whim in and are so glad that we made it! I had the Fajita salad and my father had the ovilladas. Both plates were super delicious and their salsa is amazing! This is a must when you pass thru Rio Vista.

Great apartment food was fantastic! Fast service, waitress very nice, but they only run them for the whole restaurant, they don't need help to say goodbye to her to do everything themselves. Eat very delicious, and good portions. 5 stars

Thank you Tortilla Flats for all your help and patience with our catering needs. We had way to much food, but everyone was happy to take leftovers. So many people commented that they were the best Chili Rellenos they ever had. Great pricing, great service, great portions and great food. Your salsa was delicious too.

The restaurant is clean. Very good food and much of it. The prices were fair. The service was also excellent. We'll be back when we're in Rio Vista.
