Bojangles - Ringgold

This Bojangles was so clean I thought it was just built! I was shocked to learn it had actually been open for 2 years. It still smells like fresh paint in there! Staff were friendly and efficient, our meal was delicious and they got everything right. If you're looking for food at this exit, you can't go wrong at this Bojangles! We tried the new chicken sandwich by the way. It was good, a little spicy but not too much... If you look at it, the meat has a little bit of an orange tint, so I think there's a bit of a buffalo sauce in the breading! It's not like Popeyes where the spice is just the sauce that's put on it, the breading and meat itself actually have the spiciness fried in. I tried their Bo-berry biscuit which was a sweet blueberry treat and awesome dessert. Also! You can only get a special flavor of Mountain Dew at Bojangles so we had to try that too. It was a fruity tropical punch if you are into that, so don't miss out on your chance to sample it as well.

AMAZING Staff here! I ordered 100 biscuits the day before and they had them ready at 6:30am. They did not hesitate a single bit. That morning, at 6:30am, the young lady was kind enough to help me take the order to my car even though it was pouring rain outside. Great Service!

Our biscuits were hockey puck hard, so we stopped back by to get our money back. The lady didn't look in the bag, ask what was wrong, or anything. You should never be too busy to listen to a customer's concerns or the quality of the food. She refunded my money without a single question.

I hate that this location is so poor because I feel like they have a great location and a fairly new building, but this store has an issue every single time I visit. They are always out of something, which I would probably typically blame on the current state of affairs, but other locations do not seem to have the same issues. Echoing the sentiments of several others, biscuits are hard 50% of the time and apparently the most they have ever done regarding curbside was driving the posts in the ground. The last two days I have ordered a mobile order, pulled into the parking spot, clicked I 'm Here only to wait for 10 minutes before pulling into the drivethru to get my food. There seems to be no interest in providing the service from this location. I don 't expect any results from this location as I 've left several negative reviews with no results. Very unfortunate, but it is what it is, apparently.

I came at 520 am they open at 5 am. No one answered the drive thru. I parked someone unlocked the door as I parked but didn 't say anything. I went back thru the drive thru nothing. I walked in said are you open and was told no. They had no biscuits ready. There were 2 people in the building working. If you are not going to open when posted change your hours, make a sign, turn off the drive thru lights maybe. Some indication other than eating peoples time because you are dory staged but pretending you are open.
