Everything was fine until my husband found what appears to be a piece of a steel scrubber in his food. Seriously? Yeah, we're not going back.Food: 1/5

We ordered over 40$ worth of food for the 2 of us, we order from here often. We called the store back approximately 10 minutes after picking up our order to inform then they had forgot one of our appetizers. the young man insisted 3-4 times that it was in the bag... we said maybe they put it in another bag bc there was many orders out but it was not in ours. We were simply asking if we could come pick it up, not even a refund. The young men then proceeded to say to my boyfriend that well some guys just like to steal sooo . My boyfriend explained we were not stealing a 7$ chicken on a stick... he simply wanted it for dinner lol. The man again implied that we were lying and it was in the bag. At this point we said nevermind and asked for a refund bc i would rather not eat at an establishment that is so poorly ran. I 've worked in restaurants forever im very understanding... this was unacceptable.

Ordered and PAID for items that were not delivered. I do NOT appreciate it at all, I expect to receive the things I purchase when I purchase it.
