El Potro Mexican - Rincon

My husband and I own a local umbrella company. Patriot Pro's roof. We support this local restaurant. The buffet is amazing and the service is stellar. If you never came by and bite, I encourage you, you will not be disappointed! The wings are amazing and everything is fresh! Looking for fresh salad. Don't look!

Food was great! I had the seafood soup and a side of 3 fools. Both were fantastic! I also had a margarita... it was delicious! Service was good. The cabin seats were a little uncomfortable, they were around the block a few times. I can feel that the feathers of the seats and the moving did not help much.

Great Mexican experience here. Friendly staff. Quick kitchen. Pollo Rico was great. Good salsa and chips. And of course an excellent margarita.

I live in the NYC metro are where I have literally scores of great Mexican restaurants to choose from...if El Potro was transported up there amidst all of those great places I'd still be a regular...their food was terrific; excellent chips and salsa as soon as we sat down, some of the best taquitos I ever had, perfect rice and refried beans...my wife had the buffet and gave it high marks for variety and freshness; I'll get it next time I go...the service was terrific friendly, prompt, and professional...all told, this is a terrific spot for authentic Mexican food and I highly recommend it!
