The selections were many, the food was plenty! I know it's supposed to be a BBQ restaurant but I had a chicken fried steak and it was so good!

Good experience. Got the 3-meat plate, and everything was delicious. Trey was our waiter … excellent job!

First timer review....dinner July 24, 6:30pmFood servings are larger than some, most...Lots of options.....But.... anytime server leaves check on table (not totaled either) when serving food order typically means 1 thing....they are not checking back with table again.Our party of 6 waited patiently for refills and it wasnt clear where or who to pay....as we waited you could hear laughing and carrying on from back...no one up front to get their attention except 1 young man hanging out at the front counter focused on his phone...unsure if he was an employee, friend or customer..?Disaopointed in service...food was good but not great...I wish places like this in small towns took it more seriously....granted the reason we stopped to try was so not to have to drive into Waco...so ???Repeat? Come back worthy?Food yes...service/seriousness prob not unless they change their service training where server spends full time with their tables not just initial drink order and until food arrives.Poor training or poor waiter? (Same perception)Oh we were the only ones there too...hmmm

Everytime we go in there its slow the food is sometimes good but not the best the last time I went in the cooker put his finger in my dads food and then brought it back out to us

Had a bad experience with the waiter, she acknowledged my presence, said she’d be with me then went to the back, came back after a couple of minutes then went to help a white family that had just walked in. Felt like the 1950s in there. There’s plenty of other places that will take my money.
