We traveled through Germany/Switzerland and had to stop for the night and stopped in because at the Rhine. the children were tired/great and we had booked the dinner in the brain in advance. what a great choice! the personal was incredibly friendly and could lead us through the menu in English. the portions were quite huge, we had served and ordered main dishes and were usually full when we had the first floor! the main dishes, however, were so tasty that we quickly consumed them. the vitello tonato, the white carving and the calves were all an excellent choice. the economical season was opened and those who had decided to save were most impressed. a surprise for me was the bio- / bio wine that the somellier had chosen from a local producer. he was really good and I was surprised when I saw that it was only per bottle, as he tasted a little more in the sortiment. the service was great, wonderful ambiente and what a beautifully restored building. unfortunately we will not be very often in this opposite, as it is a real sound
The evening has far exceeded our expectations! very good food and excellent service. I had calf meat with very beautiful mushroom cream, which was of good quality and taste. I would recommend it very much. my man had a kind of tripycal German court called rollingaden, which is also very beautiful. there is also a good choice of crying. we had a bottle of local white wine, which was also excellent. the price is also appropriate. the entire staff is young and very motivated at least...the deer..has a very nice garden, but it is simply too new.all plants are not yet grown and the flowers do not blossom yet...We can hardly wait until we can sit in the garden of the brain ...
As already mentioned in my January review, the brain in holding is a new star in the restaurant scene. we went back to the regio for a family meeting and of course we chose the brain to meet us. wow, what a further remarkable culinary experience. eating was a taste explosion in her mouth. I had the "rehschnitzel under the walnut crust" and it was incredible. super delicate and a taste combination that plays klavier on her palate. the same applies to the dessert. I decided to have the short-saving kit wow! I know I repeat myself, but I love the young and creative team and their inspiring interpretation directed by those they thought they knew how to taste... they will definitely surprise them. next to the culinary experience, the service is fresh and yet super professional. you feel welcome and well cared for both the owner and the personal. thanks for a wonderful lunch
Back to brain after renovation. good food, very nice holding red, dry wine. friendly service. beautifully restored building that is looking forward to enjoying the garden in summer
