Santoni's Pizzeria And - Ridgewood

I would rate this place lower if I could. Don't waste your time trying to order delivery from here. On a good night, it takes two hours to get your food. I've personally experienced two incidents where I called to check on my order and found out they didn't even have it on record. Once we ordered over the phone, and today it was an online order. Whatever the issue is, you can't rely on them to actually prepare your food when you place an order. Save yourself the trouble—I wish I had!

I visited the restaurant for a slice today, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the start. After witnessing some troubling interactions, I was left with an even worse impression. I saw a new employee, who appeared to be starting his first day, attempt to speak with the manager or owner. Instead of offering assistance, they simply laughed at him and ignored his request, treating the situation as if it were a joke. You could see the poor man feeling awkward and bewildered, and as a customer, it made me uncomfortable to watch. He just wanted to find work, and their response was incredibly rude and immature. It’s disheartening to see people treat others this way in today's world. When he left, I completely understood; I wouldn’t want to work in an environment that shows such disrespect to its staff. As a former customer, I won't be returning or spending my money here again. No thank you!

I've ordered from this restaurant multiple times, and the food has always been great. However, my only complaint is that the delivery times are quite slow, so it's usually better to just pick up the food yourself.

I ordered a pizza, garlic knots and a chicken parm sandwich.. took two hours to get delivered... two hours for pizzeria food... pizza was below average, chicken parm was bad. Garlic knots and sauce were good. Wont be going to this place tho. Hard pass look elsewhere

Penne vodka with Chicken was delicious! Not too greasy or salty, just how i like it. Fast service. I would Recommend!
