Always a good time at mcmurphys! The staff is the most wonderful people.

Enjoyed hearty sandwiches outside while soaking up the sunshine. Jan the bartender was kind enough to come out to personally greet us. The place has such a nice neighborhood feel.

This is a true Ridgewood gem! An amazing bar with a rich history and an amazing atmosphere!! You will find generations of locals in and out of here all day everyday, enjoying the amazing food and drink specials!! I grew up coming in here and 30+years later it’s still one of my favourite spots!!! This is a family owned and run business and it shows by how close everyone is. The inside fireplace by the part is such a nice touch when the cold winter nights roll in and the outdoor sitting area is perfect for the rest of the year. Especially when they are holding one of their big events! If you live in town the benefit of being to easily walk here is so nice or for those coming in from the city by train or bus! I really can’t say enough about this place. Stop in and give a try once and you’ll be hooked!!!

Good old fashion Irish pub with great food, good service, friendly waiting staff, discard decor and discard prices as well. Try the chicken pancake! We're coming back!
