Bangkok House - Ridgecrest

This is only my 2nd time ever coming here in the 20+ years I’ve lived here my first time was literally just last month, at first I refused to come here because of all the negative backlash they received in previous years but I finally decided to give it a shot! The inside is beautiful, modern, and clean!!! The customer service was amazing! I ordered a pretty big to go order for my family they let me know it was going to be about 25 minutes so I told them I would wait in my car, a few minutes later the guy came out with a Thai tea for me for free while I was waiting! I thought that was so nice! Then I was just about to go inside to check on my order and the guy again was already walking outside to my car with my order! Definitely went above and beyond. The customer service is outstanding they just really showed that they care about their customers.

Food was delicious, portions were smaller for the price we’re used to.Mango dessert was good- it’s the sweet rice and coconut cream that made up for the mango that wasn’t sweet. Better to have during mango season.

Very nice place. Decent food. Very clean and pretty decorations I especially like their drinks like the mango slush

I was just picking up a DoorDash order but they took more time than they were supposed to and they never came out to greet me. Just a sign telling me to wait. Looked pretty authentic and the food smelled really good in the car :p
