Pov At Pier450 - Ridge

First time visiting. Went to watch a good friend Ben Connelly play and enjoy some good food with friends. Ordered the scallops and they were cooked perfectly and overall the dish was amazing. My husband had the duck and said it was a little dry. Looking forward to our next visit!

Really sad about our last visit. It was for my wife’s birthday. We walked in and the person who was watering the flowers told me they were closed. I responded and told him we had reservations for 12 and he said no that’s not true because they weren’t currently open. Probably should have know then something was off. After showing him my email confirming my reservation, he asked someone else who then seated us. We were brought the “light affair” menu instead of the full menu (my fault since I didn’t see this was the only time they were offering this version of the menu). We ordered coconut shrimp, which is always great, but the menu was so light there was really only 3 entrees to choose from. My wife ordered the pulled pork quesadilla and I got the crab cake sandwich. Her meal came out soggy from oil or butter and very bland. The sandwich came out on the hardest bun I have ever felt. No taste, nothing to really dress it up. Just crab cake, hard bread, and lettuce. The fries on the other hand were amazing. I could eat those everyday. I hope they get it figured out because we really do enjoy coming here. But after this last experience, we may not return.

Light at the end of the earth .. Pier 450 is doing great things, only 2 other restaurants in the county that even come close in my opinion. The energy is very chic and sophisticated. The menu is fully charged w creativity and seriously delivering flavor packed entrees and apps. I found them to be reasonably priced for the food they are producing the pasta is made from scratch even as well as everything else . I stayed over for the weekend and found the rooms to be beautifully appointed with fresh flowers upon request. All the little extras make it quickly evident that Forthy wasn’t in Kansas anymore lol. Keep this vision going you guys are rockstars w creativity and execution on point. Chef Carlos, Cathy, Annamarie, Beau, Alliyah were all team members that stood out in my mind as excellent. Can’t wait to come back!! Keep up the great work!!

Wow...we just had an amazing experience here at Pier 450-POV Restaurant. The atmosphere is breathtaking, the food was delicious, and our server, Aleia, was so friendly and attentive with excellent knowledge of the menu. She made some excellent recommendations. It was a bit of a drive for us, but well worth the trip. Next time we'll be staying in the hotel so we can enjoy a little mini getaway!

Took wife here for her birthday... Wonderful space and great ambiance... Food was fantastic... Will return and try everything... ?Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian selections... not sure about plant based only....Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome..Parking: 25+
