We ordered three small plates and a pizza to share with a great bottle of Malbec. The pizza was gorgeous, as were the artichokes, baked feta and patatas bravas. A lovely evening! Great service too!
I'm afraid service wasn't that good. Waitress didn't offer sauces with food kept waking away ordered Gammon egg chips asked that gammon wasn't undercooked I got no eggs cos when I said, eggs didn't want over cooked didn't want overcooked just ended up with none at all attention to detail is what is required would've been much better if waiter had queried whether i.wanted eggs rather than serving with none at all if he didn't understand what I met
Always a great experience at The Beech House. The food is brilliant, with great cocktails and a chilled out vibe
I didn't have any food, met a few friends in there for drinks very expensive £7.50 for a 125ml glass of wine.
Very nice but they don't know how to serve a pint of beer without a humongous head on it. Even when asked to be topped off it wasn't a full pint. If they want to serve a pint with such a head then use lined glasses! So the above comment was from a previous visit and sadly nothing has changed, the glass is swirled as the beer pours to create a good head and I had to ask for it to be topped up, which the bar-staff did grudgingly, looking surprised he'd been asked. Let's be blunt here, I asked for a pint, paid for a pint, so if I ask for it to be topped off, then all I'm getting is what I've paid for.
