The Five Fields - London

Five fields offers the best meals I've ever had. the cook creates beautiful, surprising dishes that feel comfortable, not precious. he feeds his sweet and play from his own farm. the sweet commands as much attention as fish and meat. we talked to us about what was the best cure and could not decide. I sit down at the plucked oysters, or maybe the anal filled beet. or perhaps the lobster and truffle, or perhaps the foie gras amuse bouche. each court showed wonderful creativity in taste, texture and presentation. the service could not be better; he is beautifully choreographed. the servers have a thorough knowledge of food and make sure they have a good time. the wine list is excellent, beautifully cured by the sommelier agnieszka sweicka, whose knowledge and enthusiasm for wein cannot be matched to each other. the room is beautiful and comfortable. all in all, always an unforgettable experience, full of unexpected look.

Nothing to fault. Perfect food journey from service to cuisine and wine.My partner and I shall certainly consider this restaurant as a must visit when we are in London. Thank you very much!

We had the lunch tasting menu. Each dish had something different to offer with crisp flavours and presentations. Loved the tomatoes and carrot appetizers. The team was friendly and professional at the same time. Start with champagne, six options. We tasted two, both very good!!

Service was impeccable but food could be better. Out of the 8 courses we had only 1 really stood out, 1 we didn’t like at all and the rest were good but not amazing. We were honest about the one course we didn’t like and got given a tart at the end of our meal which was very kind of them.

Beautiful meal. Stunning flavours. Impecable service. Nice calm atmosphere. Definitely not cheap, but absolutely worth splashing out for this place for a special occasion. They only do taster menus, so it’s a lovely luxurious experience lasting a couple couple of hours, depending on your eating speed. Very memorable.
