Pizza Vcu - Richmond

I love her pizza! it is one of our favorite (with bottoms up). I found this little jewel at uber eats during the work in the city. so glad I decided to take a chance.

Perfect size pizza for one. amazing selection of spezialpizzen. a great reward system that gives them a pizza for about $5 after a few visit. always a fast turnaround time when you order online. in any case a place that is worth checking if they like a pizza.

I love pizza, they never let me smile on a hard day. the pizza is the perfect size, they always get the food right, and they are very open for feedback. would most definitely recommend.

The pizza is fantastic delicious, but the customer service is absolutely terrible. first you can't call her. they should only be notified. After I notified them, they returned to me so late and they cut the conversation in the middle of me and asked. also, eat the order an hour later delivered than what it was shown

I ordered two pizzas from their hits menu. However, I would not claim for them to be hits at all. The pizzas were not that great where I would order these hits again. Furthermore, my pizzas was so greasy at the bottom where the dough was soggy and continuously was breaking apart.I joined their rewards club where you immediately get the buy one get one free which I originally thought was a nice perk. However, upon ordering my final bill was nearly $20 (I ordered no sides or drinks there was taxes (fine ofc) but then a servicing charge). From their menu each pizza is priced $12, so by doing the math I didnt really save that much money at all so Im not sure how this is really a good offer with all those additional charges.In addition, I ordered delivery and my pizzas were delivered approx. 20 minutes later than they originally said they claimed they had attempted to call me multiple times (no phone calls were received on my phone).Overall, disappointed with the pizza quality and the overall experience of my order.
